• We highly recommend renting a car during your stay in Mesta.Public bus service is limited to just a few routes per day and does not provide access to many of the island’s most beautiful beaches. While taxis are available, they can be quite expensive, as there are no taxi drivers based in Mesta—meaning a taxi must come from another village and will charge for the extra distance.
