The second, smaller room is built upon a vaulted arch and affords a privileged view of the square and the imposing steeple of the historical church of Taxiarhis.
Another advantage is the access to a raised stone inner courtyard - one of the largest in Mesta - which is locally referred to as Pounti. The room has an area of 36 m2.
"Big Livadi" is located at the same building with "Livadi Tzaki" sharing a big interior yard. These are the only two rooms in the building
